Decisions
——–
Following a discussion on how to improve interest in these coord meetings, a quarterly meeting schedule will be trialled, next meeting to be in May 2011.
There was a detailed conversation about recruiting volunteers and how best to respond to their offers of help. It was felt that small, easy tasks were the best introduction. For example translating documents, contributing on http://isitopendata.org and/or http://getthedata.org etc
Immediate actions for JK to lead on:
* Create a volunteers mailing list
* Create a short tasks list on the get involved page
* Review get involved process
