## Questions
* Someone from OKFN requested to chair a discussion on openness at the Computer Applications in Archaeology conference. 4-6pm, March 26th, Southampton. Transport covered. Rufus: “Ask Martin Keegan from the board”

* Delay projects call for an extra week to get out of sync with CKAN sprints.
* General: Can we please have regular dev meetings in the internal OKF calendar as well? (should give a complete picture)
* Sysadmins to consider shifting their call so a sysadmin/ Rufus can attend Projects/team calls.
* agreement to shift Projects call by a week, ie no call next week.

* How to manage the distinction between paid staff and volunteers.
The issues here are that:
* (1) volunteers can feel that they aren’t providing the level of service external people expect, when it seems like they are staff, but in fact it’s a spare-time-thing and
* (2) that views shared under okfn.org email are official OKF views, when in fact they are just personal views
* (3) “Working group cooridnator” sounds like a job title (it’s not just about emails 😉 We have a cultural attachmet to a blurry line between volunteer and staff, but this doesn’t always work perfectly. If you’ve seen any issues please let Laura J know!
* How about having different addresses for paid core – or potentially a separate one for volunteers? @vol.okfn.org, @core.okfn.org, @openknowledgefoundation.org, …
* Laura and Marcus to talk to Kat separately to get Chapter situation clear

## AOB

## Notes

* About the OGP meeting in Brasilia: Rufus and Lucy will go: Daniel will not go.
