### Questions to address
#### Management of wolfpack and team@ (related – Business Cards)
* People talking on behalf of OKFN should be able to give away biz cards (it is old school, but hey…). NL sends template file to people outside UK so they can check out local providers.
#### Donations
* Sam keeping eye on PayPal donations, Naomi keeping an eye on direct debit donations
* Buttons in PayPal will note which donation is for what
* Do simplest version of buttons for now (restricted currency options)
* First task to organise mechanism, then plan a strategy – SL to send MD and LJ proposal
#### Government consultation on Open Standards:
* As a reminder – we generally *don’t* respond to this sort of call. If an individual/group approaches us, you can contact board@ and request OKFN approval. In general, the Open Rights Group might be a better place to contact… [Action: LJ to email MW this info].
#### NASA
* SL to update, how does the OKFN want to participate? Run a sattelite event?
* “intl space apps challenge” in Exeter (2d); interested in satellite events
* Sam to circulate ideas to lists
* General feeling that maybe a more minor engagement than organising a multiday hackathon would be good.
#### PMO Leaders Conference on Parliamentary Transparency and Networking, April 30 – May 2, Washington DC. Is anyone going? (some travel scholarships available).
* Tom Rees to attend? Will try to combine with other US trip.
#### Timesheets
* New system up and running. Volunteer to use the nice new platform before you have to! By talking to LauraJ.
* Everyone will need to migrate before end Feb. Invoices for time after 1st march must be matched by timesheets in new system or THEY WON”T BE PAID!!
