* Wikimania 2012 is taking place 12th-15th July 2012 in Washington DC.

Is anyone going to go? Are we going to submit anything?
Deadline for proposals = 18 March.
Scholarships to help fund travel etc available; deadline = 16 February.
Five tracks: Wiki & the Public Sector, GLAM, Research & Education, WikiCulture, Technology and Infrastructure.

* Process for donations etc and why Paypal e-mails go to admin not finance. (title of e-mail exchange = ‘Paypal change of email address’). Conclusion = change all incoming Paypal e-mails to payments@ and arrange forwarding as necessary. SL and NL to discuss.

conclusion: conferences that are not obviously relevant to a funded project should be shared with the wolfpack in weekly meeting, for decision on if someone should attend and if so whom.
